How to Order

 

1.      Fill out the order form insuring that the manufacturer’s name and the catalog # are correct.

2.      Please include shipping address and phone number to assure contact capability.

3.      California Residents please add sales tax at 8.25%.

4.      Postage within the continental U.S. for orders over $500 is free, for orders under $500 please add $9.50. Overseas, Alaskan, Hawaiian, and Canadian orders are shipped at cost, which is determined by package weight.

5.      Once the form is completed. Please fax, mail or email it to our attention

6.      Do not send money. We will contact you as to the availability. Should you authorize a credit card payment, you will not be charged until the item is sent.

7.      We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. Personal checks are acceptable, however, there is a 10-day wait for checks to clear prior to shipping.

8.      Primary shipping method is UPS. All items are insured unless otherwise instructed. In the unlikely event that damage occurs, CONTACT UPS FOR THE RETURN. We cannot collect insurance for your credit or refund if you send it back without going through UPS.   Depending on the shipping destination and package size, we also use FEDEX and U.S Priority Mail.

9.      Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy for any reason, please return the item within 7 days. Return postage is at your expense.

10.  All prices and stock availability are subject to change without notice. On items not in stock, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. In-stock items are shipped the day after payment is received.

Overseas Orders

1.      Please note that on overseas orders, due to the heightened possibility of loss or damage, as well as tariffs or customs fees imposed by other governments that are beyond our control, we strongly recommend that all orders are shipped insured for their full replacement value, otherwise the customer will not be completely protected in the event something goes awry.

2.      On all overseas orders we will no longer be able to ship to postal boxes due to an increasing number of orders going astray. All overseas orders will require a full street address for delivery.  Also, a home or business phone number is required due to US Postal and Customs guidelines.
